The Common Man: I am just that, someone who spent 30 plus years working for the government as a mid-level manager and program manager. This forum allows me to have a voice and share my concerns. I have been a voting member of the silent majority my entire adult life, now however it seems voting is not enough and being silent is a bad idea. This forum is an attempt to move the conversation from the kitchen table, friends and families to people who would also like to voice opinions and Participate in a civil debate.
I voted “No” on Hannity’s effectiveness because he has become somewhat stale and far too representative of a simple minded whiner. The world is full of whiners and Hannity may have the lead at the moment. His shrill narrative rarely contains any new information or new approaches to old topics. Still, I will give him credit that when he sticks to political issues his voice is necessary if conservative people are to ever have a voice in the national mainstream media again. We all know that the mainstream media is hyper-liberal and refuses to present the news in an objective way. When Hannity drifts into issues regarding science, or anything to do with the environment, his credibility falls of the cliff. But that’s another issue.
