I think we have a dysfunctional legislative body. They are unable to put aside ideological agendas and sit down and negotiate legislation that works for the American people. It has become very clear that they are so disconnected from middle America that they cannot understand what we want or need. Their economic status is simply [...]

Well, the vacations over, I took some time off for my son’s wedding and now its time to look at the new direction the liberals in Congress and the President are taking after trying to figure out the message of the voters. They still aren’t listening to us and as usual they are trying to [...]

Massachusetts sent a message to Washington yesterday. It was simple, LISTEN, hear our voice, we are tired of the sell-outs, side deals, special interests, gridlock and all the BS. Obama and his side kicks are still not listening, they promise to continue forward with their agenda. Get ready for more deals and shady tricks as [...]

After a few weeks at home and some key elections you would think the leadership would begin to see that America is a fiscal conservative, socially moderate country. The liberals are about 20% of the population and control a hundred percent of the House, Senate and the Presidency. The Tea Party groups were dismissed as [...]

I am posting this because it is how I feel. Washington is controlled by a group of hypocrites concerned only with continuing power. They have sold us out to special interests and cut deals to the detriment of the American public. They are more concern with padding campaign coffers than they are acting in our [...]

They honorable Charles Gonzalez once again responds with spin and a sales pitch. Once again he does not address the issue I posed to him about removing the exemptions the insurance companies enjoy regarding the anti-trust laws nor answer the question, “will he fight to get this law repealed?” I am so tired of being [...]

This is the new symbol that is floating around in light of the new healthcare reform package. I thought it was so good I had to share it! What really gets me with this healthcare reform is, when it first came out there were so many promises to make it better for the people that [...]

Fox News reported that the Mayo Clinic in Arizona is no longer taking Medicare patients because they are only recovering about 55% of their costs. I see this as a trend that is not likely to end anytime soon. The Congress thinks it can fix health care but has never done anything to fix Medicare. [...]
